The centre has six private office rooms and two conference rooms.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Initially, these two companies had made visits to <st1:country-region w:st="on">Finland</st1:country-region> to promote business development and then eventually singled out the <st1:placename w:st="on">Science</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">Park</st1:placetype> at <st1:place w:st="on">Liverpool</st1:place>. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">It is rumoured that similar science parks will be built at <st1:city w:st="on">Barcelona</st1:city> and <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Copenhagen</st1:place></st1:city> as part of business expansion plans. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Aside from the benefits available to tenants, the science park has tied up with Epitomi IT and Telecom to provide firms temporarily using the office space entitlement to free phone calls to the <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">US</st1:place></st1:country-region>. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">By paying a reasonable administration charge, businesses can operate from a <a href="http://www.deskspacegenie.co.uk/">rent a desk</a> placement in the common area, for up to a year. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The <st1:placename w:st="on">Science</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">Park</st1:placetype>, located in the Knowledge Quarter at <st1:place w:st="on">Liverpool</st1:place>, is close to the RC Metropolitan Chapel. This strategic location provides companies occupying office space access to some of the best resources from potential customers to students and university connections.</p>

Companies can move out after three months if they do not wish to pay commercial leasing rates, without any resultant charges or conditions. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This project has been modeled after a new website named &#8216;London New Enterprise&#8217;, and its main purpose will be to help new firms get in contact with land owners that have property available to let.<span style="">  </span>The website promotes the landlords to enlist their vacant properties for new companies and keep their prices below the normal commercial rates, and also provide legal, business and financial guidance to the young businesses.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">In the wake of the worldwide recession vacancy rates in <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">London</st1:place></st1:city> skyrocketed, as indicated by a report documented by the Local Data Company for the BPF, i.e. the <a href="http://www.bpf.org.uk/">British Property Federation</a>.<span style="">  </span>It shows that <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">London</st1:place></st1:city> has a 14% vacancy rate, compared to only 12.5% that is the national average.<span style="">  </span>But the report also mentions that despite large numbers of vacancies in <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">London</st1:place></st1:city>, the number of companies in need of office space was also quite high.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The project London New Enterprise was created by the joint venture of the Mayor, Capital Enterprise and the Workspace Group, with the British Property Federation lending support.<span style="">  </span>The project was finalized after a roundtable meeting in the City Hall to discuss methods of reducing vacancies in <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">London</st1:place></st1:city>.</p>

From radio jingles to big budget movies, the quality of the voice over production can set the spirit for the overall experience of the project. Just as the voice over caliber on old martial arts movies was laughable, any commercial or movie will not be taken seriously with poor voice over production quality. But even if your budget is extra small, you can still receive top of the line voice over production to fit your price range without having to resort to a cheap microphone and a laptop.</p>
<p> Ever wonder how those pro voiceovers are accomplished without breathing? Whenever we hear these voice over vocals, we seldom hear them breathe. These narrators are working with microphone and amplification instruments so the smallest breath would be detected. Yet we do not hear any inhaling or exhaling on these voiceover tracks. We assume that they must be holding their breath as taugh to them during some rigorous voice over training. This is typically, and hopefully, not the case. These breaths are taken out in post production. Sometimes, instead of removing entirely, the editor will lower the pitch or volume on the breath so that it is less noticeable but still evident. This is why having access to a voice over production studio is so important to your project. Without it, your voiceover talent will be forced to deliver lines in one take without breathing which is not ideal to say the least.</p>
